This role is onsite with set hours; Monday/Tuesday/Thursday 12-5pm and Friday 12-4:30pm. With opportunities to flex up from 19.5-38 hour per week where extra support is needed.

As the Receptionist at Super Retail Group, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our Strathpine Support Office – creating a welcoming first impression and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

This part-time opportunity offers consistent hours on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday afternoons with flexibility to step in and support the team when needed – perfect for someone wanting stability with flexibility.

You’ll join a collaborative, close-knit team that takes pride in delivering great service, strong admin support, and seamless day-to-day operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Be the First Impression – Welcome visitors, manage calls and inbox enquiries, and handle sensitive information with professionalism
  • Keep Things Running Smoothly – Manage mail, invoices, office supplies, and maintain accurate documentation and processes
  • Own the Front Desk – Oversee sign-ins, maintain a clean and organised reception area, and coordinate contractor access and permits
  • Support the Team – Work collaboratively across departments and contribute to a connected, high-performing and safe team culture

Who We’re Looking For

  • A customer-first mindset – ideal for someone from a retail/store environment looking to step into support office
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • A willingness to learn, with a bit of common sense and initiative
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and managing day-to-day admin tasks
  • A reliable, adaptable team player who is keen to grow
