Super Retail Group is the proud owner of four iconic brands: Supercheap Auto, rebel, BCF and Macpac, and is one of Australia and New Zealand's largest retailers. The talent of our teams and their passion for providing an experience which inspires and enhances our customers’ leisure time drives our culture of innovation and opportunity.

About the Role

Shape the future of ERP, Merchandise, and Supply Chain at enterprise scale.

As the Domain Architect – ERP, Merch & Supply, you will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the architectural vision across Super Retail Group’s core ERP ecosystem. Owning the end‑to‑end architecture for SAP, Merchandise, and Supply Chain domains, you will lead the design of scalable, resilient, and future‑ready solutions that underpin critical business capabilities.

At the heart of a major ERP transformation—transitioning from SAP ECC to S/4HANA—you will provide strategic and hands‑on architectural leadership, ensuring alignment to enterprise strategy while elevating standards, integration consistency, and design excellence across the merchandise lifecycle and supply chain value chain.

Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Facilitating alignment between business strategy and ERP execution by translating strategic objectives into domain capabilities, target architectures, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Creating and communicating compelling future‑state architecture narratives and visualisations that support executive decision‑making and long‑term planning.
  • Supporting both project‑centric transformation delivery and product‑centric operating models by providing clear architectural guardrails and decision frameworks.
  • Providing architectural leadership for the ERP transformation program, defining the S/4HANA target architecture, including deployment model, extensibility patterns, and integration approach.

This role offers the flexibility to be based in either Brisbane (Strathpine, preferred location) or Sydney (Rhodes), with a hybrid work model.

About you

We’re seeking a strategic and hands-on Domain Architect with deep expertise across SAP ERP, merchandise, and supply chain domains. You bring a proven track record in leading large-scale, complex ERP transformations—ideally including SAP ECC to S/4HANA migrations—where you’ve delivered scalable, resilient architectures that create tangible business value.

With exceptional stakeholder engagement skills, you confidently influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams, driving alignment and architectural governance without slowing delivery momentum. You’re passionate about establishing standards, ensuring integration consistency, and fostering continuous improvement, and you thrive in environments where you can shape the future state of critical business platforms.

In addition, you have:

  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong customer focus and the ability to understand complex issues, manage expectations, gain alignment, and resolve conflict effectively.
  • Experience with enterprise architecture approaches and frameworks; TOGAF certification is desirable.
  • Familiarity with retail IT environments and the associated business and technology challenges is highly regarded.

WHY JOIN US?

  • You’ll get to join for an organisation with a culture that is driven by innovation and creating awesome experiences for our customers and teams, and will get to work alongside a diverse team across Super Retail Group that is representative of the communities we work in.
  • Super Retail Group is a Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) Employer of Choice for Gender Equality citation holder.
  • We are committed to your professional development and will support on-going opportunities for both learning and progression.
  • You will get access to generous discounts across all Super Retail Group brands, as well as access to our Perks Programme, including discounts on Health and Wellbeing, Entertainment, Travel and Accommodation and more.

Our Culture of Inclusion
