ABOUT THE ROLE 

An excellent opportunity exists for a Supply Chain Learning & Development Manager to join our team. The purpose of this position is to facilitate and support the development and delivery of a Learning and Development Strategy, along with targeted training initiatives and documentation, to increase the capability of members of the Supply Chain team.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Develop annual Supply Chain Operations training strategy aligned with Division opportunities.
  • Design and implement training initiatives.
  • Create standardised processes for Work Instructions, sign-off procedures, and document management.
  • Collaborate with Learning and Development team and Distribution Centre team to develop and implement training programs.
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure training content aligns with promotional activities and strategic initiatives.
  • Review and enhance training materials to ensure compliance with legislative requirements Implement evaluation strategies for projects, programs, and courses.

ABOUT YOU

  • Passionate about developing training strategies, designing effective programs, and enhancing team capabilities.
  • Experience in learning and development.
  • Ability to interact and influence at all levels with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Solid operational delivery knowledge and experience gained from exposure to supply chains or multi-site organisations.
  • Certification/degree in instructional design or similar is advantageous.
