Are you a confident communicator with a sharp sense of fairness and a passion for people? Super Retail Group is looking for two experienced Senior Case Managers to join our high performing, well respected Workplace Relations team — one in a permanent capacity and the other on an 18-month parental leave contract.
Why Join SRG…. At Super Retail Group (home to iconic brands like rebel, Supercheap Auto, BCF and Macpac), you’ll be part of a values-led business with a genuine commitment to wellbeing, inclusion, and continuous growth. You’ll get to:
- Work on high-profile, meaningful employee relations matters
- Build and guide the capability of both leaders and fellow case managers
- Be a key voice in shaping and delivering ER projects and initiatives
- Thrive in a high-performing, supportive and fast-paced team
What You'll Be Doing: As a Senior Case Manager, you'll provide expert advice, drive case management excellence, and lead best practice processes across a wide range of matters including:
- Complex misconduct investigations – from Respect@Work and whistleblower reports to mental health-related concerns
- Coaching People Leaders and mentoring case managers to grow capability and confidence
- Representing SRG externally on employment-related matters
- Partnering with assigned business portfolios to build trust and provide strategic ER guidance
- Leading and contributing to projects that improve systems, policies, and leader support
- Maintaining gold-standard compliance in ER records and documentation
Who We’re Looking For: You're a pro at staying calm under pressure, with the ability to make confident, fair, and timely decisions. You're also a natural coach and mentor who enjoys seeing others succeed. You bring:
- Proven experience in complex ER case management (e.g., sexual harassment, bullying, discrimination and whistleblower complaints)
- Strong working knowledge of Australian (and ideally NZ) employment law and ER frameworks
- Exceptional communication skills – clear, concise, and empathetic
- A collaborative, adaptable mindset – open to learning, feedback and pivoting when needed
- Experience supporting mental health-related cases and applying procedural fairness
- High attention to detail with sound administration and record-keeping abilities
- Bonus if you’ve worked in retail, used SAP, or have experience in reporting and project work!
- Project management exposure and ER reporting experience
Ready to be part of something bigger? Apply now to join a team that champions fairness, empowers leaders, and supports thousands of team members across Australia and New Zealand.
