As our eCommerce Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing and optimising product content and the overall presentation of BCF eCommerce products. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, merchandising, and digital teams to showcase our products to the highest standard and ensure our customers can easily discover and purchase the products they love.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate product uploads, enrich product data, and optimise product pages using eCommerce systems like PIM and SFCC.
- Efficiently execute product updates, optimisation and requests from multiple stakeholders in line with BCF website guidelines
- Partner with cross-functional teams to support eCommerce functions and strategies.
- Analyse product performance and contribute to eCommerce sales reporting.
- Conduct regular site audits, test new functionality, and ensure product accuracy.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience with eCommerce platforms and systems (PIM, SFCC, or similar essential).
- Strong knowledge of SEO, product merchandising, and digital content management.
- A sharp eye for detail and passion for creating seamless customer experiences.
- Experience working in a fast-paced retail, omni-channel, or eCommerce environment.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
