About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Fulfilment Specialist to join our team in Brendale!
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of timely, accurate, compliant and cost-effective delivery to the customer of all online purchases for SRG brands. Working closely with the Customer Fulfilment Consultants, Customer Care team and the SRG parcel freight providers, you will enable maximum customer satisfaction in their omni purchases, including click and collect and home delivery.
Each day will bring something different but the key responsibilities of this role will be:
- Ensuring that all customer interactions are delivered with a high standard and quality of customer service.
- Delivering on the customer promise, supporting brand reputation and lifetime customer value.
- Maintaining accurate records and detail on customers and order issues, and compliance with all direct shipping decisions.
About You
To be successful in this role, you thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced, energetic environment. Your time management skills are second to none and you have the ability to prioritise work requests effectively.
You will also have the following:
- Demonstrated experience in a fast-paced environment that involves high volume processing
- Proven ability to achieve targets within tight timeframes
- Flexible to deliver in a continually evolving environment and possess strong time management skills as well as the ability to prioritise conflicting requirements
- Impeccable attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy
- The ability to pick things up quickly, analytical thinking and adaptability
- Excellent customer service skills and professionalism
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills
- A high level of self-motivation
- Outstanding and reliable work ethic
