About the Role… This role is key to maintaining accurate workforce data across the Group. You’ll manage employment changes, organisational updates and contracts, ensuring compliance with operational, legislative and governance requirements.
Working mainly in SuccessFactors, you’ll provide system guidance, support workforce compliance and partner closely with Payroll, People Partners, Workforce Planning and Digital teams.
What You’ll Be Doing…
- Workforce & Mobility Operations - Process employment and organisational changes accurately and on time in line with agreed SLAs.
- Data & System Management - Maintain data integrity by ensuring accuracy of changes, resolving issues and providing system guidance to stakeholders.
- Contracts & Compliance - Prepare compliant employment contracts and manage contractual changes in line with policy, awards and legislation.
- Stakeholder Engagement - Build trusted relationships and communicate clearly to support effective people, system and policy outcomes.
- Policy & Governance – Support the maintenance, review and consistent application of people polices and associated processes, identifying gaps or risks.
About You… You’re someone who brings both precision and resilience. You’re comfortable with repetitive, process‑driven work, but you also know how to dig deeper when issues arise and think laterally to find solutions—especially when things aren’t black and white.
What you’ll bring:
- Detail-Driven HR Administration - Strong administrative capability with exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across all people and workforce processes.
- HR Systems & Technology Expertise - Proven experience working with complex HR or workforce management systems, with SuccessFactors and/or SAP experience essential.
- Composure in Fast-Paced Environments - Demonstrated ability to operate calmly and effectively in high-volume, fast-paced environments while maintaining quality and consistency.
- Professional Maturity & Resilience - High level of resilience, sound judgement and emotional maturity when navigating complex, sensitive or challenging situations.
- Customer-Focused, Collaborative Communicator - Strong service mindset with excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to stakeholder engagement.
- HR Knowledge, Compliance & Qualifications - Solid understanding of process flow, compliance requirements and employment fundamentals, including contracts, awards and legislation (highly regarded), supported by a tertiary qualification in HR, Business Administration or a related discipline.
