This is a max-term contract role through to February 2027, offering the opportunity to play a critical role in ensuring stock flows efficiently across the network while supporting operational continuity and service excellence.

Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • 3PL Coordination: Coordinate end-to-end stock flow between Distribution Centres and 3PL providers; and between 3PL providers and stores.
  • Demand and Supply Support: Support the execution of brand supply plans, through effective coordination of stock flow, capacity and offsite storage activities.
  • Commercial Support: Support commercial planning and forecasting of 3PL operations.
  • Capacity Management: Support network and offsite capacity planning through monitoring of stock, storage and operational flow requirements.
  • Tracking, Reporting & Visibility: Provide accurate reporting and visibility of stock movements across the DC and 3PL network.
  • Stakeholder & Brand Liaison: Act as the key coordination point between Supply Chain, Brands, DC Operations, transport providers and 3PL partners to support effective stock flow and service outcomes

This role is based at our Brisbane Support Office in Strathpine, operating in a hybrid work environment.
