ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are seeking a dedicated Distribution Operations Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the DC Operations team in executing centralised initiatives, facilitating effective internal communication, and developing and implementing Safety Action Plans. You will play a key role in communicating changes and updates to the DC Operations Network to enhance safety and performance.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Collaborate with support office departments to provide specialised DC engagement insights and oversee the delivery of internal communications.
  • Assist the DCs to develop and manage the progress of Safety Action Plans.
  • Work closely with DC Operation leadership to understand their communication needs and priorities. 
  • Develop and upkeep the DC Operations BASIL page to ensure effective and up to date information. 

ABOUT YOU

  • Proficiency in operating systems, platforms, and technology.
  • Strong administration, research, and reporting abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with an understanding of DC operational procedures.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to improving operational processes and safety standards.
