What you’ll be doing

• Partner with stakeholders to deliver real capability outcomes that matter
• Design and deliver practical, engaging learning experiences
• Work across a variety of areas including:
• Leadership development
• Capability frameworks
• Learning design and facilitation
• Learning tools and systems
• Help drive a shift to modern, skills-based and AI-enabled learning
• Play a key role in transforming how learning happens at Super Retail Group 

What you’ll bring

• Hands on experience with L&D lifecycle—from ideas, end to end design, through to delivery
• A curious, adaptable mindset and a passion for learning
• Confidence working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• A willingness to roll up your sleeves and get things done (big and small)
• Strong stakeholder skills and a focus on practical, business-aligned outcomes
