Shape and deliver Employment Relations practices, projects, and processes that ensure consistency, compliance, and continuous improvement across the business. 

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Stay Ahead of the Game – Monitor changes in workplace laws and industry best practice, ensuring ER practices remain compliant and future-ready
  • Uplift leader capability – You’ll go beyond the training. You'll build relationships with our leaders, understanding their unique needs and challenges. You’ll create sessions that will be engaging and insightful, taking complex technical information and turning it into practical, everyday skills our leaders can confidently apply.
  • Lead Projects & Initiatives – Plan and deliver change initiatives, including forward-looking roadmaps and continuous improvement projects
  • Manage ER Content & Resources – Oversee templates, knowledge bases, and documentation to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and compliance
  • Drive Reporting & Audit Excellence – Maintain accurate data, support audits, and deliver insights that inform decision-making and improve outcomes
  • Champion Continuous Improvement – Streamline processes, enhance operational systems, and implement sustainable ways of working
  • Support Case Management – Guide complex case handling, investigations, and resolutions with fairness, consistency, and procedural integrity

What You’ll Bring

  • ER Operations Expertise – Strong understanding of Australian and New Zealand employment legislation and ER practices
  • Project & Process Mastery – Proven experience managing projects, resources, and operational workflows
  • Analytical & Solutions-Focused – Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and recommend actionable improvements
  • Attention to Detail – High standards in documentation, compliance, and content management
  • Influential Communication – Skilled in explaining complex concepts and engaging stakeholders across all levels
