We have an exciting opportunity with our Digital and Technology services for a Customer Loyalty Functional Analyst.

About the role

Customer Loyalty Functional Analyst is responsible for designing and delivering solutions that ensure the harmonisation of online and offline business processes to achieve optimal operational results aligned with business strategic objectives.

This role will focus on continual improvement and continuous efficiency, you will ensure that Customer Experience processes comply with organisational policies and guidelines.

Moreover, the role will be responsible for bridging the gap between business requirements and technical implementation. You will work closely with stakeholders across different levels of the business and will need to adapt your communication style accordingly.

About you

The successful candidate will bring the following experience and skills to the role:

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, large organisation would be ideal
  • Strong business and commercial acumen as well as a strong commitment to customer service
  • Demonstrated experience with SaaS/PaaS solution is essential
  • Broad knowledge of Retail Systems and capabilities across multiple platforms would be highly regarded. These include Core SAP Retail and CRM systems
  • Demonstrated experience with Salesforce and Epsilon is desired 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and you are solution orientated
  • Knowledge of customer loyalty programs
  • The ability to pick up new concepts quickly and have a learning mindset
  • Certifications in SAP would be advantageous
