ABOUT THE ROLE 

We have an excellent opportunity for a Principal Program Manager to oversee the implementation of a major business transformation project. As part of this role, you will focus on the end-to-end delivery of the ERP Business Transformation program for Super Retail Group. This role will have the opportunity to lead across functional team in delivering new modern digital capabilities to simplify our business and standardise our ways of working.

ABOUT YOU

The successful candidate will bring the following experience and skills to the role:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Program Manager/Program Director role, managing large-scale ERP business transformation programs with end-to-end delivery responsibility.
  • Solid expertise in all aspects of core program management controls, including financial management and cost control, governance, risk/issue management, vendor management, stakeholder management, project/program scheduling and scope management.
  • Demonstrated experience applying and adapting various project management frameworks, and approaches to suit the program/project environment.
  • Expertise in preparing detailed business cases and associated benefit realization plans.
  • You will bring a solid mix of both technical and business leadership experience with highly developed interpersonal and verbal communication skills, a strong customer focus and ability to understand issues, manage expectations, gain agreement, and resolve conflicts.
  • You will apply modern delivery approaches in scaled delivery environment applying agility design thinking, adaptive planning, to achieve incremental value for the program.
  • Formal certifications in PMI, PMBOK, Prince2 or Agile/Scrum would be highly regarded.
