About The Role…Join a collaborative team delivering injury management and wellbeing support. Partner with leaders, HR and H&S to drive positive outcomes and support team members across recovery and return to work. 

Where You Will Impact…

  • Injury Management & Return to Work - Manage end-to-end injury management and return-to-work processes, guiding team members through recovery with empathy while coaching leaders, liaising with insurers and medical providers, and maintaining accurate, compliant case management
  • Wellbeing Programs & Initiatives - Drive and support holistic wellbeing programs across the business by delivering engaging initiatives, creating communications, coordinating workshops and mental health programs, and partnering with stakeholders to build a strong wellbeing culture
  • Data, Reporting & Compliance - Oversee data, reporting, and compliance requirements by maintaining accurate records, generating insights to drive continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to workplace health, safety, and injury management legislation 

About you…

  • Proven Injury Management Expertise – Experience in injury management or return-to-work coordination, backed by Return-to-Work Coordinator certification and highly regarded injury management accreditation
  • Empathy with Resilience – You thrive in meaningful work, balancing compassion with resilience while confidently supporting people through complex and sensitive situations
  • Strong Communicator & Coach – Exceptional communication and coaching skills, able to simplify complex processes and guide leaders with clarity and patience
  • High Emotional Intelligence – Demonstrates maturity, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with care
  • Proactive & Self-Driven – A motivated self-starter who takes initiative and works effectively both independently and collaboratively 

The way we work...

  • Flexible working arrangement across 4–5 days
  • Example: shorter daily hours or a mix of full and half days
  • 2–3 days per week onsite in Strathpine (working closely with the team is key)
