About the Role
If you love the pace of global logistics, this role puts you right in the action!
We have an exciting opportunity for a Customs Broker to join our team on a 12‑month max‑term contract (parental leave cover). This is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced logistics environment and enjoys keeping international cargo moving with accuracy, compliance, and commercial insight.

You’ll navigate duties, tariffs, and regulatory requirements with confidence, working closely with key authorities including Customs, AQIS, and the Department of Environment to keep our supply chain running at its best.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Customs Brokerage: Ensure all import cargo is customs cleared and documented. Maintain and follow up on duty minimisation execution.
- Compliance and Audit: Ensure all work completed meets import regulatory and compliance standards.
- Administration and Reporting: Ensure key information is accurate and correct in relation to customs clearance by running necessary reports from customs software.
- Professional Accreditation: Ensure CPD points are maintained to retain customs broker license and AQIS accreditation.
The team is based in Brisbane (Strathpine) and operates in a hybrid model with one day a week onsite. However, we’re also open to candidates based in other locations, such as Sydney or Melbourne, with the option to work remotely.
