About the Role…Reporting into the FP&A team, you will support financial planning, forecasting, reporting and analysis across Group Services. Working closely with business leaders, you'll deliver insights, build financial models and reporting, and help drive performance through data-driven decision making and continuous improvement initiatives. 

Your Contribution…

Drive Planning & Performance - Support budgeting, forecasting and planning activities while helping business leaders understand performance, trends and key financial drivers.

Deliver Data-Driven Insights - Analyse financial results, investigate variances and provide meaningful insights and recommendations that support informed decision-making.

Create Engaging Reporting & Dashboards - Develop reporting packs, dashboards, presentations and visualisations that bring data to life for stakeholders across the business.

Build Models & Enhance Systems - Build, maintain and improve financial models in Excel and Anaplan, ensuring accurate and efficient reporting and planning processes.

Partner with Stakeholders - Work closely with leaders across Group Services to support business cases, strategic initiatives and commercial outcomes.

Drive Continuous Improvement - Identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate reporting and enhance planning frameworks to deliver greater efficiency and value across the Group. 

About You…You are naturally curious, detail-oriented and enjoy solving complex problems through data and analysis. You bring strong technical capability, but you're equally motivated by understanding the story behind the numbers and helping stakeholders make informed decisions. 

What We're Looking For…

Strong Foundations in Finance & Analytics - Degree qualified in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics or a related discipline, with graduate-level experience or 1–3 years in a finance, commercial, FP&A or analytical role.

Advanced Modelling & Technical Skills - Strong Excel capability, including financial modelling and data analysis. Exposure to Anaplan, SAP, Power BI or similar financial systems will be highly regarded.

Analytical & Insight-Driven Thinking - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable business insights.

Effective Communication & Stakeholder Engagement - Confident communicator who can build relationships, collaborate across teams and present findings in a meaningful way to stakeholders.

Continuous Improvement Mindset - Proactive and curious, with a genuine interest in improving processes, embracing technology and driving more efficient ways of working.

Adaptability & Growth Potential - Flexible and eager to learn, with the ambition to develop commercial acumen, strengthen business partnering skills and progress your career within a dynamic environment.
