ABOUT THE ROLE 

An excellent opportunity exists for a Central Operations Manager to join our team. As part of this role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and leading effective strategies to ensure strong Distribution Centre performance across the Supply Chain network.

The key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Identifying and communicating strategic initiatives from partners or competitors to contribute to Division development.
  • Supporting compliance strategies relevant to the Supply Chain Operation.
  • Reviewing and analysing safety data in order to develop an action plan for Network Safety
  • Managing compliance across the network, including Unifi and Training programs
  • Supporting the Supply Chain operating plan, service standards, budgets, profits in accordance with company objectives.

ABOUT YOU

  • Demonstrated success in managing, leading and coaching teams within a Supply Chain environment.
  • The ability to successfully manage revenue and expenses, present, lead, manage time, and be organized Tactical Essential Ability to develop and implement action plans.
  • Demonstrated experience in safety and sustainability.
  • A passion for driving operational excellence and safety within a dynamic DC environment.
