Your Contribution…

• Financial Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting - Support budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning activities by developing financial models, scenario analysis and planning insights that help stakeholders understand performance drivers, risks and opportunities.
• Financial Performance Analysis - Analyse financial and operational performance, investigate variances and identify trends to deliver actionable insights and recommendations that drive business performance.
• Reporting & Commercial Insights - Develop reporting packs, dashboards and performance reports that translate complex financial data into clear, meaningful insights to support informed decision-making.
• Financial Modelling & Systems - Build and enhance financial models while leveraging tools such as Excel, Anaplan, SAP and Power BI to improve planning effectiveness, reporting accuracy and data integrity.
• Business Partnering & Stakeholder Engagement - Partner with leaders across the business to support strategic initiatives, business cases and investment decisions while providing trusted financial guidance and commercial insights.
• Continuous Improvement & Efficiency - Drive improvements across planning, forecasting and reporting processes through automation, simplification and enhanced frameworks that increase efficiency and strengthen decision-making capability. 

About You…You’re an analytical and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys turning data into insights. You bring strong technical capability across budgeting, forecasting and reporting, combined with the ability to communicate financial information effectively to stakeholders. 

What We're Looking For…

• Strong FP & A Experience – FP & A experience with budgeting, planning, forecasting, and commercial analysis
• Advanced Modelling & Technical Skills - Strong Excel capability, including financial modelling and data analysis. Exposure to Anaplan, SAP, Power BI or similar financial systems will be highly regarded.
• Analytical & Insight-Driven Thinking - Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable business insights.
• Effective Communication & Stakeholder Engagement - Confident communicator who can build relationships, collaborate across teams and present findings in a meaningful way to stakeholders.
• Continuous Improvement Mindset - Proactive and curious, with a genuine interest in improving processes, embracing technology and driving more efficient ways of working.
• Adaptability & Growth Potential - Flexible and eager to learn, with the ambition to develop commercial acumen, strengthen business partnering skills and progress your career within a dynamic environment.
