ABOUT THE ROLE  

We have an opportunity for a DC Team Manager to join the team at Erskine Park. This role leads the functional and operational areas within the Distribution Centre, covering Inbound Goods and Replenishment. The team undertakes all tasks associated with the operational area to ensure safe and accurate service delivery for brands, stores, inventory management and Omni fulfilment channels. 

ABOUT YOU 

You will have operational leadership experience ideally within supply chain from either warehousing, logistics or a Distribution Centre background. You will demonstrate a sound knowledge across the above-mentioned operational areas combined with a safety and people focused mindset. You can demonstrate experience, skill and understanding across the following: 

  • Effective communication skills, both on an internal and external level. 
  • Effectively managing and resolving conflicts. 
  • Performance management that incorporates talent development .
  • Knowledge and experience of unionised environments. 
  • Continuous improvement mindset and delivery experience. 
  • The ability to build a supportive and positive team environment. 
  • Safety Leadership. 
  • A Forklift License is advantageous.
