About the Role

Reporting to the Distribution Manager, you will:

  • Lead, coach and mentor a team to deliver strong results 
  • Drive a strong safety-first culture across the shift.
  • Manage daily workflow to achieve KPIs and on-time delivery Support operational excellence and process improvements.
  • Engage and motivate a culturally diverse workforce
  • Support operational excellence and process improvements
  • Use warehouse management systems (WMS) and ensure best practices

This is a full-time role on the AM shift (6:00am – 2:30pm) at our Forrestfield site

About you

We’re seeking a motivated leader who brings:

  • Experience as a Team Manager, Team Leader, or Supervisor in warehousing, logistics or supply chain.
  • Proven safety leadership with examples of risk management and WHS compliance.
  • Experience managing and developing teams in a fast-paced DC environment.
  • WMS operating knowledge (Infios preferred but not required) and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Demonstrated understanding of hazard identification, incident management and investigation.
  • Strong communication and people skills to build engagement and collaboration.
