ABOUT THE ROLE

Supercheap Auto Trade helps local mechanics and automotive workshops get the right parts, fast, through our trade hotline, in-store counter and delivery. We're growing our Trade team in Penrith.

As a Trade Team Member, you'll support the full customer journey. You'll interpret automotive parts, process orders, pick and pack products, and complete safe, reliable deliveries to local trade customers. The role will generally blend in-store trade duties and delivery work, flexing with customer demand and operational priorities.

A TYPICAL DAY MAY INCLUDE

• Answering trade hotline and in-store enquiries, interpreting parts needs and providing accurate product advice
• Processing orders, quotes, payments and approved pricing in SAP CRM or other systems
• Picking, packing and checking orders for collection or delivery
• Completing planned and ad-hoc deliveries safely, accurately and on time
• Obtaining proof of delivery and providing friendly, professional service at customer sites
• Conducting vehicle checks and loading, securing and unloading products safely
• Keeping the trade, pick/pack and dispatch areas safe, tidy and organized
• Replenishing inventory – DC deliveries, and direct to store deliveries

TO THRIVE HERE, YOU'LL BRING

• Current full Class C driver licence suitable for a hatchback or small to mid-sized van — Essential
• Automotive parts interpretation and product knowledge — Essential
• Experience with catalogue and parts look-up systems — Essential
• Customer service and phone-based sales experience — Essential
• CRM or ERP system experience, such as SAP — Essential
• Safe driving, manual handling and load restraint awareness — Essential
• Ability to safely meet the physical requirements of the role, including repeated lifting up to 20 kg and regular vehicle entry and exit — Essential
• Pick/pack, dispatch, trade or automotive retail experience — Desirable
