As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and building a positive, engaging team culture through your consistent leadership presence. To thrive here, you’ll bring:
- Proven management experience — We're open to transferable leadership experience from another customer‑focused industry
- Confident, people-first leadership, with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a passionate, high‑performing team
- Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.
- Operational understanding/ know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
- Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
