We’re on the hunt for a strong, people-focused leader to take charge of our Supercheap Auto Moree store. Someone who truly understands the unique local landscape —and knows how to connect, inspire and lift performance across a team.

Your Impact as Store Manager…As Store Manager, you'll take ownership of store performance — leading a passionate team, delivering results, and creating an engaging, customer-first environment. 

  • Inspire Through Leadership: Coach, support and energise your team to reach their full potential every day.
  • Build a High-Performance Culture: Create a motivated, accountable team focused on results and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Sales & Results: Deliver strong sales performance and achieve key business targets through smart planning and execution.
  • Champion Operational Excellence: Keep store standards high across merchandising, stock flow, and day-to-day operations.
  • Lead the Customer Experience: Set the standard for outstanding service and a warm, customer-first store environment.
  • Know Your Market & Community: Leverage local insights and relationships to grow the business and strengthen your store’s role in Moree. 

What we’re looking for:

  • Lead from the Front: With experience as a Store Manager or 2 years + as Assistant Manager, you lead by example — A strong leader with a track record of improving team culture and store results, energising your team, setting the pace, and never asking others to do what you wouldn’t do yourself. You inspire performance through action, not just words.
  • Performance That Speaks for Itself: You’ve successfully led teams, lifted sales, and turned store performance around.
  • Local Insight Matters: You understand the heart of the community — what drives it, what challenges it, and how to truly connect with local customers and your team.
  • Operational & Financial Know-How: You’re confident managing daily operations, budgets, and HR processes with ease.
  • Sharp with Data & Detail: You bring strong analytical and administrative skills to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Local Insight Advantage: You live in or understand the Moree community and can connect with the team and customers authentically.
  • Broader Leadership Backgrounds Welcome: Experienced in retail, fast food or hospitality? We welcome leaders from other industries who can show demonstrated success through their leadership.
