At Supercheap Auto, loyalty is key to our ‘closeness to customer’ strategy. As a member of the dynamic Loyalty Marketing team, you’ll help drive club member growth, retention, and engagement across a variety of campaigns. 

This exciting part-time role offers a rare opportunity to work in a job-share setup, where you’ll contribute to our loyalty marketing strategy and drive customer loyalty initiatives. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Campaign Development & Execution: Support the development and execution of loyalty marketing campaigns.
  • Collaboration for Growth: Work closely with the Loyalty Marketing Manager to increase member engagement, retention, and visitation.
  • Strategic Insights: Contribute to customer loyalty strategy using data and insights to drive decisions.
  • Offer & Content Coordination: Coordinate loyalty offers, content, and ensure seamless execution across all channels.
  • Data-Driven Recommendations: Analyse campaign data to provide strategic recommendations. 

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience & Expertise: 3+ years in retail marketing or similar fast-paced environments.
  • Flexibility: This part time role is over 3 days, Monday, Friday and a day of your choice
  • Collaboration & Communication: Strong collaboration and communication skills—comfortable in a job-share setup.
  • CRM & Data Insights: Experience with CRM & SAP, and an ability to interpret data to optimize customer retention strategies.
  • Passion for Loyalty: A passion for driving loyalty and working as part of a close-knit team.
