Your Team
The purpose of our Merchandise Planning teams is to maximize sales, profit, and return on investment through accurate and effective management, execution, and communication of merchandise financial plans. Our ideal candidates will evaluate, challenge, validate as they a are strategic, independent, self-motivated team players, who are key-contributors to the team.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and drive a strategic financial plan
- Analyse and present information to Management, summarising key strategic initiatives, growths & declines, risks & opportunities
- Ensure strategically aligned merchandise planning activities. Develop a planning strategy, objectives and performance management measures focused on achieving sales targets, gross profit and effective stock turns/GMROI.
- Own financial management of the Business Unit through Budget process management, financial planning and re-plans, profitability including markdowns and promotional activities.
What you'll bring:
- Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
- Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills
- Be commercially astute with excellent verbal/written communication skills
- 5+ years’ proven experience in a retail Merchandise Planning role or comparable role
- High level of excel skills and capability
