- Commercial Leadership - Use data, financial insight and strategic thinking to drive smarter decisions, coach Store Leaders and continuously improve business outcomes.
- Inspiring People Leadership - Build high-performing, inclusive teams through strong coaching, clear expectations and meaningful development pathways.
- Customer First — Always - Champion exceptional omni-channel experiences by leveraging customer insights and empowering teams to put customers at the heart of every decision.
- Leading Change & Building Relationships - Lead transformation with confidence while building strong stakeholder partnerships and ensuring disciplined execution of key initiatives.
What You’ll Bring
- 5+ years’ retail experience, with multi-site leadership exposure.
- Proven success managing large teams and competing priorities.
- Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to translate insight into action.
- Exceptional leadership capability — coaching, development, performance management and succession planning.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Confident communicator who influences with impact.
- A growth mindset, curiosity, and passion for delivering outstanding results through people.
