About the Role

Based from our purpose-built Strathpine head office in Brisbane, this highly influential role, you’ll own the performance marketing strategy across Paid Search, Google Shopping (PMax), SEO, Paid Social, Affiliates and Display, ensuring we attract quality traffic, acquire new customers and deliver against growth targets.

You’ll also:

• Lead a team of two specialists and manage agency relationships
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Align performance marketing strategy with business priorities
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement

What You’ll Bring

• 5+ years of experience in SEO and performance marketing
• Proven ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, SEM, and affiliate marketing
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
• Tertiary qualification in Marketing or eCommerce (preferred)
