Are you the type of person who stops scrolling to analyse a great piece of content? Do you know your way around social media trends, enjoy telling stories, and happen to love all things automotive?

At Supercheap Auto, we're looking for a Content Coordinator to help bring our brand to life across digital channels, social media, sponsorships, and customer campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity, on the back of internal progression, to combine your passion for content creation with Australia's leading automotive retail brand, helping inspire and equip millions of customers to get more from their cars, garages, road trips and adventures.

Working closely with our Sponsorship & Content Manager, you'll create, coordinate and optimise engaging content that connects with our customers while supporting our broader marketing and brand strategy.

What you'll be doing

  • Create and coordinate engaging content across social media, digital and marketing channels
  • Support the delivery of content campaigns, sponsorship activations and promotional activity
  • Manage social content calendars and publishing schedules
  • Monitor social media performance, trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities
  • Partner with Marketing, eCommerce, Merchandise and agency teams to deliver best-in-class content
  • Help manage and grow our online communities through engaging and customer-focused content
  • Maintain content libraries, briefs and workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly
  • Explore emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance content creation and social media outcomes

What we're looking for

We're looking for someone who's equal parts creative, organised and passionate about the automotive world.

You might be the perfect fit if you have:

  • Experience in content creation, social media, marketing or digital communications
  • Strong copywriting skills and an eye for content that captures attention
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, trends and best practices
  • Experience editing content, imagery or video (a bonus but not essential)
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project coordination skills
  • A curious mindset and enthusiasm for leveraging AI to improve content and customer engagement
  • The ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Why you'll love it here

  • Hybrid working with 3 days per week based at our Strathpine Support Office
  • Generous team member discounts across Supercheap Auto, rebel, BCF and Macpac
  • Opportunities to learn, develop and grow your career
  • The chance to shape content seen by millions of Australians
  • Get on the road creating content at exciting sponsorship events like Supercars and car festivals!

Ready to put your content skills into gear? If you're a car enthusiast who loves creating engaging content, staying on top of social trends and exploring innovative ways to connect with customers, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply today and help drive the next chapter of the Supercheap Auto story.
