What you’ll be doing
- Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, profit, and growth, ensuring KPIs, budgets, and operational plans are met.
- Coach and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, creating a culture of engagement, accountability, and pride.
- Support all aspects of store operations — from stock control, visual merchandising, and rostering to compliance and safety.
- Champion our customers and loyalty programs, inspiring your team to build strong relationships with customers and drive return visits.

- Proven experience in a leadership role (Assistant Manager or Supervisor experience is a busy environment)
