As the Store Manager, you're the driving force behind maximising sales, ensuring seamless operations, and fostering a positive, engaging atmosphere for your team. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Proven retail management experience desired but not essential
- Leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.
- Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.
- Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
- Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
