You’ll bring proven leadership of 5+ people, guide our performing team of around 9 and keep safety, KPIs and great performance firmly on track. This is a hands‑on role for someone who thrives on the shop floor, builds strong relationships with regular customers, supports their team to be their best and is always keen to learn, grow and win together.

As an Assistant Store Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service. 
• Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.  
• Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.  
• Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.  
• Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
