As an Assistant Store Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

  • Retail management or leadership experience, leading by example and delivering exceptional customer service. 
  • Leadership skills, with the ability to motivate, inspire, and develop a passionate, high-performing team.  
  • Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.  
  • Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.  
  • Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
