• Driving Sales & Profitability - Own regional performance by delivering sales, margin and wage targets while unlocking productivity and profitability opportunities across your stores.
• Commercial Leadership - Use data, financial insight and strategic thinking to drive smarter decisions, coach Store Leaders and continuously improve business outcomes.
• Inspiring People Leadership - Build high-performing, inclusive teams through strong coaching, clear expectations and meaningful development pathways.
• Customer First — Always - Champion exceptional omni-channel experiences by leveraging customer insights and empowering teams to put customers at the heart of every decision.
• Leading Change & Building Relationships - Lead transformation with confidence while building strong stakeholder partnerships and ensuring disciplined execution of key initiatives.
