As a Trade Sales Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our trade strategy — growing your territory of Eastern & Central Melbourne as well as Tasmania, by managing key customer accounts, and delivering high-level technical advice and service. You’ll onboard new trade clients, champion our extensive long-tail product range, and help customers find exactly what they need to get the job done right. 

What You’ll Do 

  • Drive Sales Growth: Exceed sales and margin targets within your territory by identifying new business opportunities and maximising customer spend. 
  • Build Lasting Relationships: Onboard, support, and manage trade customers with tailored solutions and personalised service. 
  • Be a Product Expert: Provide technical advice and recommendations across our aftermarket parts range to stores and customers. 
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with internal stakeholders – from Retail Operations to Category Managers – to deliver seamless support. 
  • Report & Optimise: Monitor your region’s performance, maintain accurate customer records, and provide actionable insights to drive business improvements.

  • Proven Sales Success: experience in sales representative roles and B2B sales highly desirable.
