• Leading from the front – coaching, training, and mentoring your team to be their best.
• Driving performance – supporting the Store Manager to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and operational goals.
• Nailing the details – ensuring processes, policies, and standards are executed with precision.
• Creating a culture of growth – fostering a supportive environment where people develop, succeed, and love coming to work.
• Following through – seeing things through from start to finish and holding the team accountable for doing the same.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven leadership experience (assistant manager, supervisor or similar)
• A genuine passion for coaching and developing others.
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail – nothing slips through the cracks on your watch.
• Confidence in driving operational performance while keeping the customer at the centre of every decision.
