As an Assistant Store Manager, you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have:
- Retail management or leadership experience preferred, however we’re also open to leaders from customer‑centric environments with strong people leadership capability and knowledge of best practice back of house operations
- A lead‑by‑example leadership style, with the ability to motivate, coach and develop a passionate, high‑performing team
- A strong customer‑first mindset, consistently delivering safe, engaging and first‑class in‑store experiences
- Eager to learn all aspects of automotive retail, you bring the Super, we’ll deliver the Auto.
- Operational know-how in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
- Commitment to safety, ensuring compliance with WHS programs and a safe work environment.
