Here at Laser Plumbing Christchurch East, we’re a small, tight team and as our Assistant Project Manager you’ll be our service superstar who delivers memorable experiences to our customers and supports other team members to do the very same. Reporting into our Maintenance Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day’s projects carried out by our team of plumbers and gasfitters.
Your natural ability to handle the detail will also have you involved in general administration which will ensure the smooth running of Laser day-to-day business activities. This includes answering phones, logging/tracking jobs and being the first point of contact for our customers.
Here’s what we need from you:
· 2+ years experience in a customer service role or reception/front-of-house admin
· Excellent oral and written communication skills with an interpersonal style
· Strong organisational and time management skills
· Confidence and resilience, especially dealing with customers
· High level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office suit and data entry
· Trade industry experience is helpful but not required
