Role overview: 

The Administration Officer plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our Orange site. You will provide high-quality administrative support to the team, maintain accurate records, and deliver excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Manage reception duties and respond to enquiries (phone, email, face-to-face)
  • Maintain accurate client records and databases
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with reporting and documentation
  • Support operational processes and compliance requirements
  • Provide administrative support to the Service Manager and Clinical Staff

 

Requirements:

  • Ideally a Cert III in Medical Administration or similar qualification
  • Demonstrated experience in an administrative support role
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in digital and client management systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Experience in the health, community services, or not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded
  • Must be eligible to apply/currently hold a WWCC and NDIS Worker screening clearances
  • Current driver's license
