Job Description

Our client, a leading medical device company, is currently seeking an accomplished Customer Service Representative to join the team. Here is an overview of the role

1) Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information

2) Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically

3) Take payment information and other pertinent information, such as addresses and phone numbers, place or cancel orders

4) Answer questions about warranties or terms of sale

5) Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint

6) Determine the cause of the problem

7) Select and explain the best solution to solve the problem

8) Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustments

9) Prepare product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information

10) Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed

11) Generate sales leads

12) Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

13) Perform other duties as assigned

Critical Requirements

1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

2) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred

3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in customer service
