Job Description

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is currently seeking an accomplished Account Manager to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:

1) Meet assigned sales goals

2) Create and implement an individual Business Plan for the territory, under the direction

and supervision of the supervisor

3) Develop a strategy for securing formulary approvals and increasing product usage by appropriate targeting of key personnel to increase sales in the territory

4) Assess sales performance and market trends with the management

5) Make suggestions and implement appropriate actions to enhance sales performance

6) Provide approved educational programs to physicians and office staff members

7) Provide timely and competent administrative management of work hours, sales call

data, customer objectives, communication responses, and expense reporting

8) Seek out team-building opportunities in order to communicate effectively and

transfer information with supervisor and peers

9) Perform other duties as assigned

Critical Requirements

1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales management
