Job Description


Our client, a leading consulting service for the life sciences company, is currently seeking an ambitious Clinical Trial Associate to help lead their team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly motivated candidate with a go-getter attitude and a drive to succeed. Responsibilities include:


1) Create and develop case report forms and update informed consent forms

2) Process case report forms and track receipt

3) Report all document collection and tracking issues to the Project Manager

4) Oversee and assist with data entry

5) Disperse case report forms to data entry for entry and verification

6) Decide on how best data should be entered and communicate the decision with the team

7) Ensure that data is clean, accurate and entered into the database in a timely manner

8) Generate internal and external queries and facilitate their resolution

9) Communicate project status to the Project Manager, as appropriate

10) Resolve administrative issues on behalf of the Project Manager

11) Identify, manage, escalate and resolve issues effectively and independently

12) Provide support and assist to the Project Manager and assume additional roles on the team, as necessary

13) Prepare documents for site monitoring visits

14) Enter and QC data tables in reports

15) Create test data to test new applications

16) Work with IT to test and validate databases, assist with CAD and the development of EDC

Systems

17) Help to compile documents for FDA submissions

18) Maintain trial master files and ensure that information is current

19) Participate in team meetings

20) Perform other duties as assigned


Critical Requirements


1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

2) Recent experience in the consulting service for the lifesciences industry is strongly preferred

3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in a clinical trial

Compensation and Other Details


Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
