Job Description
Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is currently seeking an accomplished Program Manager to join the team. Here is an overview of the role:
1) Develop a master project plan incorporate all the individual projects and a standard checklist of activities for each project with deadlines, dependencies and resources
2) Develop a stakeholder map of SMEs and key contacts, both internal and external, for each project and engage each function as applicable for each stage of the projects
3) Manage the transition of each project from pre-launch to commercialization of the product to ensure a smooth handover of accountabilities
4) Establish a set of decision gates to track key milestones and any governance required
5) Provide professional plans and presentations for senior management for quick reference of each project’s progress
6) Schedule and lead regular project calls as required for each project that are focused and specific to addressing issues and finding solutions
7) Main point of contact between the demand team and the supply sites and ensure that demand plans are proactively updated to ensure optimum inventory levels both pre- and post-launch
8) Comply with the company’s policies and procedures
9) Perform other duties as assigned
Critical Requirements
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in program management
