Job Description

A brilliant opportunity exists for an outstanding individual capable of fitting into this very rewarding Associate Manager of Global Market Analytics and Insights role. Our client, a leading medical device company, is looking to hire someone who can bring added value to the team. If you’re dedicated, energetic and detail-oriented, this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities include:

1) Engage with the Global Market Intelligence & Customer Insights & Analytics team leaders and global business stakeholders to identify strategic needs where data and analytics can drive business value and transform business problems into analytical solutions

2) Lead the development and implementation of analytical projects to support both GMCI&A and cross-functional strategic initiatives and business goals

3) Develop global market models and conduct analysis on market drivers and mix and carry out benchmarking, forecasting and other business analysis

4) Develop assessments and analytical insights on a global market and competitive landscape, social, economic, and provider trends, and global and regional dynamics

5) Support IR, business planning, business development, marketing and other strategic initiatives with market sizing development, opportunity identification and market and competitive assessments

6) Conduct analytics on customer segmentation, journey mapping, value proposition, and personal to support product and marketing initiatives

7) Carry out economic research and financial analysis on cost, revenue, margin, value and outcomes

8) Translate data and analytics into actionable insights and effectively communicate key findings and strategic recommendations to different levels of stakeholders globally

9) Partner with data analysts, health economics, finance, IT and other resources to support integrated global data initiatives

10) Collaborate with data analysts and other analytical resources on the team to standardize analytical models, KPIs, metrics, and foundational and strategic analytical reporting

11) Oversee the development and implementation of the dashboard, self-service reporting, and portal to support both GMCI&A and business stakeholders

12) Lead the definition and implementation of standard processes and advanced analytical and visualization tools, including automation and optimization

13) Build strategic partnerships across the global company’s business units and functions with the Global Market, Competitive and Customer Intelligence team in GMCI&A to uncover synergies, drive efficiencies, and standardize best practices

14) Perform other duties as assigned

Critical Requirements

1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in sales and marketing management

Compensation and Other Details

Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
