Validation Supervisor

Job Description

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking to hire someone who can bring added value to the team. If you’re dedicated, energetic and detail-oriented, this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities include:

1) Be the subject matter expert for validation protocols

2) Implement and develop activities for compliance with validation principles industry standards and company policy

3) Analyze and improve on company validation procedures and practices

4) Assess validation requirements for projects and programs

5) Write reports and help implement changes that are needed for existing systems and procedures

6) Review and troubleshoot anomalies, and deviations whilst also resolving and consulting on complex issues

7) Align operations documents to facilitate manufacturing, logistical and QA processes

8) Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws

9) Train employees and plan, assign and direct work

10) Address complaints and resolve problems

Critical Requirements

1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in validation supervision

Compensation and Other Details

Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
