Job Description

A brilliant opportunity exists for an outstanding individual capable of fitting into this very rewarding Senior Associate of Quality System and Compliance role. Our client, a leading medical device company, is looking to hire someone who can bring added value to the team. If you’re dedicated, energetic and detail-oriented, this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities include:

1) Develop, implement and manage the company’s quality management system

2) Maintain current quality system and ISO certification

3) Lead, drive and enforce quality programs in support of the Manufacturing Team

4) Oversee quality activities in manufacturing operations

5) Secure and maintain requirements from a business partner

6) Provide hands-on ownership for quality systems improvement projects to ensure various elements of the quality system continue to support changing business needs and goals

7) Create and update existing SOPs to collaborate with departmental managers

8) Maintain an effective risk-based CAPA and complaints management process

9) Support external customer requests for documentation and evidence of existing quality system

10) Work closely with company’s Leadership Team in actively engaging cross functional teams as a catalyst to drive change and improvements

11) Lead internal audits and drive continuous improvement

12) Manage communication with regulatory bodies as needed with appropriate stakeholder input


Critical Requirements

1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

2) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred

3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in quality systems and compliance

Compensation and Other Details

Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
