Job Description

We are seeking a driven individual with a passion for the pharmaceutical industry. One of our clients is looking to add a strong Senior Associate of Supply Chain to their team. Responsibilities include:

1) Develop monthly material requirements planning

2) Prepare inventory reports and assist in forecasting and planning activities

3) Manage logistics process for inventory maintenance of pure buy products and those manufactured and packaged by contract manufacturers

4) Conduct and attend meetings with contract manufacturers and packagers to ensure schedules are met and discuss issues, if any

5) Prepare and coordinate issuance of process orders and purchase orders for all products manufactured and packaged by contract manufacturers

6) Process completed shipments for both partners and contract manufacturers for packaging

7) Coordinate the creation and approval of change controls with Quality and Regulatory teams through electronic quality management system

8) Coordinate product releases by QA contract manufacturers within the company and 3PL locations

9) Prepare daily status reports on pending supplies for products

10) Handle manufacturing changes on commercial products monitored through meetings with Sales and Customer Service teams within the organization

11) Build relationships within the company and external parties, such as partners and contract manufacturers

Critical Requirements

1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in the supply chain
