Our client, a leading medical device company, is looking to hire someone who can bring added value to the team. If you’re dedicated, energetic and detail-oriented, this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities include:
1) Handle service escalations for a product as well as routine service in the assigned region
2) Maintain thorough and prompt documentation of all service work
3) Provide remote technical assistance to customers
4) Keep management informed of major issues
5) Attend training to maintain certification on company products, as needed
6) Provide timely and meticulous service to ensure customer satisfaction
7) Ensure that instruments are complete and fully functional after service work is concluded
8) Work independently or with a team to accomplish goals
9) Perform other duties as assigned
Critical Requirements
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the medical device industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in field service engineering

Compensation and Other Details
Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
