Job Description

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking to hire someone who can bring added value to the team. 1) Develop, manage and enact project plans which align with customer expectations, company billing cycle commitments and available company resources
2) Build, develop and grow internal and external business relationships vital to the success of projects
3) Represent the company as the single point of contact to the customers
4) Control and facilitate internal and external project discussions to provide best-in-class customer service
5) Lead and facilitate internal and external project meetings
6) Facilitate the Project Team’s completion of project deliverables according to the proposed project plan while exceeding customers’ expectations
7) Identify customer requests which are outside the contracted scope of work
8) Create and update scope of work documentation to drive proposal writing
9) Author proposals to meet customer requirements and expectations
10) Work to continuously improve the existing project management organization and leverage project management software, communication tools and resources to improve information flow to the required stakeholders
11) Track and report project metrics, such as percentage task complete, slippage, project effort, duration to completion and other critical metrics while provide regular status reports through the project lifecycle
Critical Requirements
1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field
2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
3) Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred
4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in project management

Compensation and Other Details
Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
