Job Description

Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is currently recruiting a (VP/Sr.Dir/Dir) of Business Development who will infuse the Business Development Team with their talent, energy and leadership skills. 1) Generate new business by identifying new leads and develop professional business relationships with potential clients

2) Manage key accounts by building efficient communication channels and closely following the accounts’ ongoing projects and collect feedback to meet and exceed clients’ expectations

3) Explore market demand and contribute to the business development and marketing strategy by keeping updated with industry news and insights and collect feedback from the industry

4) Work closely with the Internal Technical and Project Management teams on a proposal and contract development, project following up and clients’ feedback collection

5) Prepare all documentation required for requests for proposals

6) Research emerging trends and recommend new company offerings to satisfy customers’ needs

7) Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business

8) Comply with the company’s policies and procedures

9) Perform other duties as assigned

Critical Requirements

1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in business development management

Compensation and Other Details

Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
