Job Description

A brilliant opportunity exists for an outstanding individual capable of fitting into this very rewarding Associate Brand Manager role. Our client, a leading pharmaceutical company, is looking to hire someone who can bring added value to the team. If you’re dedicated, energetic and detail-oriented, this could be the perfect role for you. Responsibilities include:

1) Assist with the Management of the brand portfolios to maximize long-term sales and profit

2) Develop and execute portfolio strategies to build long-term brand health

3) Assist the Brand Manager with the development of Global brand position, innovation and communication strategies for all products

4) Assist the Brand manager in developing marketing programs and brand strategy and management for existing brand and new product launches within their brand

5) Assist with the development of brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies

6) Assist with the development of the brand standards and design language and ensure consistency with brand positioning

7) Plan and coordinate the marketing and promotional campaigns for assigned product lines

8) Oversee implementation of brand plans

9) Coordinate printed packaging material for production

10) Analyze market trends and competitive trends and provide recommendations based on key learnings and execute actionable steps to the Brand Manager

11) Assist and participate in annual brand planning and budget process

12) Maintain and track approved annual budgets for appropriate segments and markets

13) Assist with preparation for presentations

14) Communicate effectively with other departments within the organization and function within a team environment

15) Perform other duties as assigned

Critical Requirements

1) A university degree is required. Although all candidates are welcome and encouraged to apply, preference will be given to those with degrees in a relevant field

2) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)

3) Recent experience in the pharmaceutical industry is strongly preferred

4) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in brand management

Compensation and Other Details

Base Salary: Highly competitive package, commensurate with experience
